Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless our Customer Service team has authorized them. We do not accept exchange items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange instructions back to you via email. Return/Exchange Process
A. Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
B. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
C. We'll email you once we are processing your exchange product. Generally, you will receive an exchange within 5 to 10 business days.
Note: All exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.
